Our supper attends Nida and Marlon are very nice and they treat us good when I request something or need help and they maintain the building and make it clean.

I am from 40 Aurora Court. My building supers, Marlon and Nida, are very good. Both of them are very prompt. Whenever I have any issue in my apartment, they come quickly and solve it as fast as possible. In addition, I must mention the garage area. They maintain it very well, and I no longer notice the strong bad smell like before
I want to highlight how great our superintendents, Mahon and Nida, have been. They are always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they keep the building clean and well-managed. Their dedication and professionalism make living here a very positive experience. I really appreciate the hard work they put in every day. Highly recommend them!
