We are pleasured to live here at 40 Aurora court. Absolutely amazing service and their way of supporting the residents is extraordinary. Marlon and nida you guys are amazing.

Im writing to show my gratitude for the new superintendants, Marlon and Nida..l do not know them personally but l appreciate the great job they are doing keeping 40 Aurora court clean. l dont kno if residents in this building kno how hard it must be..l was skeptical when they mentioned new maintainence but l applaud the work they have been doing..the lobby the elevators and especially the basement entrances that people seem to think its ok to leave their trash as if they want rats and other pests to inhabit the property...l ... read more
The superintendents at 40 Aurora are very helpful and prompt. Building is clean and they always go above and beyond to ensure my needs and request are met. I highly recommend.
