The building complexes is a quite. But! Friendly area. The environment has a relaxing side to it. Like everyone knows each other. At the centre of the property facility stands the recreational centre. Where the swimming pool, squash court, weight gym, and more. A very great place to live. The bus stop is a 5-6 min walks. Carlito the super is always quick to respond to our urgent needs in our apartment suite
I have been living for the past few years at this rental property and ,I had a great experience. Location is absolutely ideal, close to all essentials (grocery public transport etc)The apartment is spacious and plenty of closet space, building is well maintained. the building supervisors are quick to respond for any concerns and very professional. Overall I highly recommend this rental property it is a great place to live the location, space and responsive management is a perfect choice.
I would like to thank Mr. Carlito for his and Mrs. Maria’s interest in building 30, the speed of responding to complaints, the constant cleanliness, the continuous attention at all times, and the beautiful fragrance that always lingers.
