The building is perfectly situated, with easy access to public transportation -within steps of two 24 hour TTC lines and a short drive to two major highways. The area is very convenient for daily life with the grocery store and malls very close by. Most importantly, the management team is very friendly and approachable. They are very helpful and quick to address any maintenance requests, ensuring that the apartment unit and common areas are always in good condition. 20, Chichester is a nice place to stay. The staff here are very caring and attentive. Issues, if any are immediately addressed/resolved. After office hours support is also very good. Overall , a good experience to stay in this building.
The building staff are friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Their care and attention leads to the building being in good, clean condition. We’re really lucky to have this group in our building!
