Great experience with the leasing agent Peter- he helped throughout the process with required documents, on boarding process and kept us updated on the status of application. And Grace helped us whenever we needed assistance. They were both really kind and friendly. Park property has a wonderful management and i hope they continue it the same way.
I'm living in 20 Chichester place for a long period of time. The super Grace and Remo is taking care of the building very well. The building is always clean. Grace is very helpful in general. If you have questions, she will help you right away. This super are the best!
Grace and the team here are all so amazing! They made moving in so seamless and easy! We are first time renters so we were new to everything but luckily they helped us every step of the way explaining everything thoroughly and being so kind and patient! The building is beautiful inside and out and very well kept! Not to mention pricing is very reasonable. I couldn't have been happier of my experience here and am thankful to have a place here :)
We are living in 20 Chichester Place for how many years already. Building is well maintained, very clean and quite. Remo and Grace are way and beyond in managing the building. When I have trouble paying online rent Grace help me and explain about building stack. Excellent!
