I’ve had a really good experience at 20 Chichester Building so far. The whole process, from applying and signing the lease to getting the apartment, was smooth and easy. The leasing agent Peter was great to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable. The building superintendent Grace and their assistants Remo & Steve have also been incredibly welcoming and friendly. especially during the move-in process, making everything feel much easier. Grace, Stephen, and Grace’s husband have been absolutely wonderful! They are always so helpful, friendly, and responsive. They fixed the bathtub and toilet issues very quickly and efficiently, and even before I moved in, they were kind enough to help receive my packages, even mattress. On my moving day, I couldn’t find my vacuum cleaner, and they were very helpful and kept trying to help me locate it. They genuinely care about helping residents and always have a great attitude.
