Park Property is maintaining the property pretty well. I live in 305, 50 Carabob court for about an year and half now and felt happy with all the support received from Mr. LOUIE Mr.Jann (Superintendent of the building) whenever we had some maintenance issues. Overall, the management has been very responsible towards wellbeing of the tenants by keeping the common areas clean.
50 carabob is a well maintained apartment building. Superintendents are easy to get along with. Jann who is one of the Superintendents at 50 carabob court is a really cool guy very easy to get along with and he always checks in with us to make sure we're good. It makes living here more comfortable. I'm glad he's at 50 carabob!
Everyone on the management team seems friendly, but Peter (rentals) Louie and Jaan stand out to me. Peter is friendly knowledgable and eager to assist. Jaan Is always smiling asking you how your day is and he genuinely means it. Any concern I might have he always addresses it and deals with it quickly, he also maintains confidentiality, which is greatly appreciated.
I’d like to share my experience with Jann, the Superintendent Assistant. He is very passionate about his work and always approaches problems with a calm and professional attitude. Jann listens carefully, takes user concerns seriously, and works diligently toward providing quick and effective solutions. He is approachable, responsive, and ensures that resident queries are attended to in a timely manner, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living.
