The building is well-maintained, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, and large wardrobes, perfect for families or anyone who works from home, and appreciate extra space. I would like to share my experience with Jann, the assistant super, I need a maintenance request but I am unable to register to the tenant portal app and he did create a ticket for me and came the next day to fix the issue right away. Living here makes it much convenient for us as a tenant since he keeps the building clean all the time, very hardworking & kind person. Thanks Jann I appreciate the prompt assistance everytime I need something.
JANN is an excellent property super at 50 Carabob Court. He answers calls promptly and kindly guides you through how to submit tickets in the app. As soon as I submitted a ticket, he came to the unit right away to help. Having someone like him as a super makes me feel reassured and at ease.
