I’ve lived here for many years and it’s been an excellent experience living here. Building is very well maintained and clean. I would like to mention Jann the assistant super. I am renting apartment 1104-50 Carabob Crt. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues in my apartment that have not been addressed in a timely or professional manner. I live at 50 Carabob Court. The visitors’ parking lot at the back of the building is large and well-marked to accommodate a good number of cars, yet it is almost never available for actual visitors because tenants regularly occupy the spaces for free. This creates an unfair situation where some tenants use the visitor parking spaces for free, avoiding the monthly parking fee of about $100, while others pay for their own designated parking—leaving visitors with no available spots. I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I’d especially like to thank our supervisors, especially Jann, for his outstanding service. He is always quick to respond, very friendly, and genuinely cares about the tenants’ comfort. His professionalism and positive attitude make this place an even better home. Highly recommend!
This is one of the well-maintained apartment building you can think of. Juan and the Super are always ready to give any information or assistance required. They all worked so hard to keep the apartment in good working conditions.
