I’ve had an excellent experience living at 50 Carabob Court. The building is well-maintained, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, and large wardrobes, perfect for families or anyone who works from home, and appreciate extra space. I would like to share my experience with Jann, the assistant super, I need a maintenance request but I am unable to register to the tenant portal app and he did create a ticket for me and came the next day to fix the issue right away. Living here makes it much convenient for us as a tenant since he keeps the building clean all the time, very hardworking & kind person. Thanks Jann I appreciate the prompt assistance everytime I need something.
JANN is an excellent property super at 50 Carabob Court. He answers calls promptly and kindly guides you through how to submit tickets in the app. As soon as I submitted a ticket, he came to the unit right away to help. Having someone like him as a super makes me feel reassured and at ease.
Was a decent place when we lived there no complaints from us clean and quiet
Our superintendent Jann at 50 Carabob Court is truly the best super attendant. He is always available, responsive, and ready to help whenever there is an issue or concern. No matter the situation, he shows up with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He does an excellent job keeping the building clean, organized, and well maintained. Beyond his hard work, he is extremely kind and respectful.
