I didn't believe until I happened to visit a apartment at eglinton and birchmont that park property's 40 Carabob is one of the best in our neighborhood. Happy to be here.
A few months ago I applied for a 1 Bedroom apartment and was declined. I asked the rental agent who was very professional, for a reason/s for declining my application; He cited "Confidentiality" That leaves me at a lost. Is this common practice? Had a reason and or advice proffered I would have accepted and or tried to meet whatever was suggested. I am still looking as my temporary home will be up for sale in November.. Thanks with kind regards.
