I appreciate the kindness and support from our Superintendent, Rhoda, and her husband, Ulysses. They are always friendly and approachable. I'm also grateful to Rhoda for forwarding my request to management. They work together to keep our building clean and safe. Thanks to them, I'm grateful to live in a clean environment.
Hernando Valenzuela was cleaning at the time, and the overall building condition was superb. He helped me find the room, which I really appreciated. The elevator smelled fresh as well. Thank you for your assistance and guidance.
