We had the absolute best stay at this apartment for 1.5 years. The building was well-maintained, quiet, and felt like home from day one and a big part of that experience was thanks to the outstanding support from the building's Supers, Rhoda and Ulysses. I am current resident of this building. The building management is absolutely apathetic and does not care about nuisance. All of a sudden they started to change the balcony and there is lots of noice. Almost impossible to work from home. No measure has been taken to control the loud noice. They just don’t want people to live in the building. Very difficult for a person to tolerate this continuous noice. Please do not consider this building. There is roach, rat problem as well.
