I lived with my son in 30 Aurora in the eighties. I am happy to be back now living in 20 building. Things have changed but happy to say management here is very good. Issues are promptly taken care of and maintenence around the buildings is well taken care of. Kim and Daniel are pleasant to everyone.

I grew up here and used to live at 20 and we had the best super ever and amazing service experience at all times. Plus rent was cheaper for a 2 bedroom back then and we didn't pay for hydro. I loved it there. My family and all of our cousins all grew up there. Does anyone know how much the rent is now? 20 is the best building out of all of the building's. It's so much more updated now especially the bathroom and kitchen. I really love it.
The super working at 50 aurora is awful. I accidentally locked myself out of the garage by leaving my key fob in my car, i waited outside the garage for a good while, but nobody came to let me in. I then decided to go to the to the super to seek aid, i went to the office and learned that his shift for the day has ended. because I couldn't risk being late at work(i work the afternoon shift), I went to his apartment to seek help.
