Whatever you, do not move here! The whole building is infested with cockroaches and management will lead yo to believe that they are not aware of the issue and lie to you. No amount of exterminator visits help. I've leaving after 6 months because this is a health and safety issue and they have no idea how to deal with it. Spoke with other tenants and the bug issue has been around for 4 years. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Some of the most accommodating team members that I’ve come across. Shout out to Chris Xi and Kimberly for a smooth transition and a quick transfer. Special mention to Rick, friendly and approachable superintendent.
Joke of management. Never enough notice for entry of apartment. Building never cleaned properly. Had to move out due to cockroach problem. Their "cleaning" still left us with roaches, when we brought it up, we got a notice stating our housekeeping was the issue. Spent way too much money on poison, traps, etc. and could never get rid of them. Our housekeeping was not the problem. Horrible to their tenants. Lived there four years btw, was never given a storage unit regardless how often we asked and were told "soon".
Had to move out, they have a roach problem that they refuse to deal with properly. One treatment per year is not going to stop them
Horribly unprofessional representatives. After requesting 2 hours notice of confirmation for a showing, they texted us 1 hour before our scheduled showing to inform us they rented the unit and our showing was cancelled. So after demanding respect from a prospective client, luring them on an hour and a half drive to see a home. They emailed us 8 words, with a misspelled "the unit is rented the showing is canceled".. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS.
