JANN is an excellent property super at 50 Carabob Court. He answers calls promptly and kindly guides you through how to submit tickets in the app. As soon as I submitted a ticket, he came to the unit right away to help. Having someone like him as a super makes me feel reassured and at ease.
Our superintendent Jann at 50 Carabob Court is truly the best super attendant. He is always available, responsive, and ready to help whenever there is an issue or concern. No matter the situation, he shows up with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He does an excellent job keeping the building clean, organized, and well maintained. Beyond his hard work, he is extremely kind and respectful.
