I had to wait 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and the doctor still didn’t show up. I eventually had to cancel and leave without being seen.

Got a surprise bill in the mail recently saying I was not covered by my insurance for an urgent care visit last year despite the front desk saying it would be covered during the initial visit. The doctor back then had decided to run additional tests to rack up the bill which they never asked if I wanted it done and the services were not even itemized on my bill. Please stop supercharging the patients. My humble request to Dr.RAJ POLAVARAM,Please train your receptionist to differentiate between primary care and urgent care.They are charging the same for all visits.How can a visit for prescription refill be treated as URGENT CARE? You have lost a patient for wasting my time

I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a weekend, was seen promptly but a PA who was very thorough and informative. I would definitely go here again if needed.

It seems like Dr Raj’s office on Kildaire is just ok. But Dr V’s practice/urgent care has real bad energy. She doesn’t give 2 f’s about anything you say or feel. All she does is smile(thinking of a way to fraud more$ from your insurance) One visit, she changed the code from Primar to Urgent Care. Last month I set up a phone appt. She never called but had the AUDACITY to bill my insurance. When I found out, it made me so sad and then angry as I was a patient and she was my Dr. It will be ok though.
