Was my first option when I was looking a place to live in Rochester. The apartments are fully furnished with all the utilities. You have the free shuttle option to the university and during weekends to supermarkets, shopping, public market and other stores around. Park point have available different services, such as recreation clubhouse, a computer lab with study rooms and printers. Effective staff and service response, very strategic location. It was my first option and I will recommend as a housing option.
When I moved out they charged me for damage that was there when I moved in and wouldn't show pictures or proof of the damage. The furniture had apparently already been replaced so there wasn't any proof of the damage just a charge.
My experience with management has been great. I have asthma and they made sure the air vents and air ducts were sanitized and even sanitized my mattress before I moved in. My first week here, my toilet seat fell off and within 2 hours someone was up to fix it. The only thing is the spotty wifi, but they have a 24-7 computer lab if there is anything I need to do for classes
This was my first time staying at Park Point, and even though at first it was annoying to get everything signed by three different parties, the apartment is amazing (and for a great price relative to other campus housing). My case is different due to double occupancy, but everything from the bedroom to the bathroom to the kitchen is great!

They hold great and fun events. The people here are very nice. I live at park point and the houses and rooms are spacious.
I stayed Park Point for two years and was impressed by the excellent service. The on-call lock out staff were prompt and gracious and the rooms were swell as heck!
