24/7 maintenance is a lie. My daughter frequently has no heat. Service requests take days and emergency security/maintenance hangs up the phone.

One bedroom for $650/installment READY TO MOVE IN! Looking for immediate housing for spring semester 2020? One bedroom of a 4 bed 2 bath flat is available right now, ready for someone to move in. This unit usually goes for $779/month! Hop on this great deal with a savings of over $600 for the semester so you can move in ASAP. I accepted a job this semester, so I had to move out. Hoping to connect with someone to take over the lease; you get a great deal, and I get off the hook for a semester of rent. The reletting process is... read more

Very non-cooperative staff. Never solved any of our problems, whether they were apartment, community or roommate related. Very expensive and they will charge you with huge electricity fees and give you the bill after 6 months. Not a recommended housing.

Rent is overpriced. They will charge you when you move out for things that did not happen. After cleaning the place for 2 hours, I still was charged $140 in “cleaning fees.” It’s ridiculous. The staff is nice but management acts like they’re better than you. It’s a nice first apartment, but rent is way too much money for what you get. The apartment is poorly built, and your rent is super expensive. It’s just a corporation that strides off of taking poor college kids money.

If you want horrible housing for an insane rate, feel free to stop in at Park Point Rochester. The maintenance crew never fixes anything and the higher up individuals of the company swap out every few months from the horrible way that this disgusting company runs. I can't wait to see this business fall into severe debt although it probably won't because of the aforementioned rates pushed onto disadvantaged in-debt students.

Well your management and work ethic is pitiful. My friend and her sister subleasing for the summer got called immigriant shit and to sleep on the road by your tenant and all you guys could do was to suggest to clear out the apartment and live somwhere else. Have a heart!

Was my first option when I was looking a place to live in Rochester. The apartments are fully furnished with all the utilities. You have the free shuttle option to the university and during weekends to supermarkets, shopping, public market and other stores around. Park point have available different services, such as recreation clubhouse, a computer lab with study rooms and printers. Effective staff and service response, very strategic location. It was my first option and I will recommend as a housing option.

When I moved out they charged me for damage that was there when I moved in and wouldn't show pictures or proof of the damage. The furniture had apparently already been replaced so there wasn't any proof of the damage just a charge.
