It's very unfortunate that the neighborhood is nice and the community is aswell but the fact that just about every apartment here either has water damage or needs major work in general. I've seen rats in the unit.....I've seen constant leakage and mold.....and it's being over looked on many occasions.....one reason being the fact that the property keeps changing management aswell as them constantly changing the maintenance....nothing ever really gets dealt with ..... the laundry room floods..... there's homeless folk sleepin... read more
Yo aplique para estos apartamentos y me dijeron que a principios de mes de junio me podía mudar y faltando 3 días para que se acabe el mes me dicen que el apartamento no está listo que hasta el 20 de junio me podría mudar y aparte ni siquiera te dejan ver las unidades antes de mudarte

Por este medio les comunico esre es ino de los lugares donde el mantenimiento es horroroso otra cosa cuando quieren hacer mantenimiento o arreglar un problema con el agua o arreglar cosas ni un papel o como le llamen aviso mandan como sin somos animales los q vivimos aqui nos tratan no es recomendado lociento
