If negative stars was available that would be the rating you all would receive. This is the absolute most unprofessional and rude company I have ever dealt with. They wanted my son and I to live in a unsafe house(deemed unsafe by the board of health and IHA). They did not work with me. They were rude and evil as Satan himself. This is THE worst company I have ever dealt with in all my life. They are not friendly, not customer service oriented and rude. They didn't/don't care about my safety or that of my son's. I wouldn't recommend this place to the devil himself.
My daughter went online to rent a place. She found a nice little one bedroom online but when we arrived the house was a complete mess. In the neighbor most of the houses were boarded up! The description of the house said, private driveway... it's shared by 2 or 3 other tenets ( one way in one way out) how can three ppl use one drive way without any issues.
