Work was good, service was fine. The work was for two minor jobs and it took 3 weeks. Slow and I didn’t take a loaner car thinking it would go faster. I have three Sewell cars.
Brian Bucynski was an exceptional advisor, who likes I have never seen. He really cared about the customer and helped me whenever I needed it, Guys like him are rare. I have owned or managed several businesses and never came across someone as committed to the customer as him. Makes me want purchase another Mercedes.
Stop price gouging for Covid dollars! $250 photo fee because and adjuster can't get to your location!! $50 disinfect fee!! $100 gate fee!! Extremely unethical, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office for Covid price gouging. You will be hearing from their attorneys

Great service and experience with Park Place. Car repair was completed quickly and I received frequent updates on status. Overall they were very helpful at a stressful time.
When our Lexus was in a major accident, I had it sent to Bodywerks to get a top notch repair. We asked Alberto Herrera of Bodywerks to send personal items in the car to Park Place Plano because I was unfamiliar with Dallas. Mr Herrera refused twice saying it was against policy. I’ve spent nearly $200,000 at Park Place and he wouldn’t accommodate me. I bought a new Lexus and the salesperson got it done.
