I recently made an unfavorable comment concerning our car based on information from the insurance carrier (adjuster) which was incorrect information..Mark at Park Place become involved and had things straightened out quickly..We have always been pleased with the attention to customer satisfaction that we receive at Park Place ..Thank you Mark/Doug and employees of Park Place
Michael Dagenhart goes above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed properly. Great guy. Their shop does great work and they make EVERYTHING right.
Horrible customer service, repairs were not completed in a timely manner and when I asked for a timeline I was told they don't give them. I called to ask some questions about the process and I was told I already emailed you an update. I could go on and on about my horrible experience. The body shop does not live up to the Park Place name. Unless when I said I am about to sell the car and replace it which is why I am trying to get a time line. I was very pleased with the work and the time it took to repair my vehicle. Most of the time was waiting on the insurance companies and the parts from over seas. My adjuster Thomas was a great help.
Beautiful work, super happy. My car was dusty when I picked up from sitting in the shop for a while but that's my fault! Love this place, if you want the best work possible, go here!
They called to let me know my car was ready, I arrived this morning to pick up only to notice the primary point of impact on the vehicle was not even TOUCHED. There was miscommunication between insurance and body shop as to how the accident occurred but instead of calling to verify with their customer (who had it all documented in a police report and walked them each around the car to explain the accident), they just called to say the car was ready.
