By far the worst management company on this planet. They never answer their phone and the office closes early afternoon. Not to mention, checks deposited late, construction that starts and never finishes, terrible landscaping and overall neglect of residents. Greg is the absolute worst and honestly don't even know how he has managed to keep his job, Veronica has been more helpful and seems to care. Well where should I start! The fact that I am a business owner myself but they close at 12pm? That already should make you think twice. I was looking to rent a property but the asked for my tax returns, ummm let me see as a business owner and it was only feb and you want to see my returns! Please! mind you my credit score us 750 and bring in plenty, not to mention my office is bigger and nicer than theirs but I am suppose to bend my back backwards for their lack of communication oh please. Worse than ever is unbelievable how unprofessional the assistants are at this company,
Will not respond to an email to save thier lives. Very rude and wont help anyone. Stay away from this company. Dont trust any vendor that works witb company. They are all dishonest
Run. They are stealing. Ask them for contacts, receipts, insurance and they will never respond
