I do like... (Verified Renter) I do like living at Park Place Apartment. The grounds are well kept, the area is quiet, the staff is professional, the maintenance staff is very prompt with maintenance requests. Downsides are the property isn't too close to any grocery stores, etc. Also, for the amount the rent is going up every year, the amenities are not accommodating or sufficient, or the type of new amenities doesn't accommodate the majority of the tenants.

I haven't had... (Verified Renter) I haven't had any issues since moving into Park Place. Maintenance is very prompt in responding, the office staff has always been courteous and the community is just peaceful. My experience here has been great so far.
