Terrible service from the register to the barista! I have never been treated, so rudely or dealt with such unprofessionalism at any Starbucks locations around the world!! I will never visit this location again, and will tell everyone in Arcadia about it….
This morning's experience at the drive-thru was incredibly frustrating -- and sadly, not the first time I've had a bad encounter at this location. I usually try to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are some kind and friendly employees here. But today was enough to push me to write this. Customer service is horrible, they will leave you just standing there no one greets you or ask can they take your order or even inform you that they will be with you shortly. It’s 10:30 am everyone looks like they are angry and hate their job. I asked for a manager and was told she was too busy to speak to me. I won’t be supporting this establishment ever.

Of all of the Starbucks I have been to, this one is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! The associates working the register and counter were rude and have NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THIS STARBUCKS IS AN OXYMORON!! Avoid visiting this Starbucks unless you just want to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I visited this Starbucks on Thursday, February 20.
I do not frequent this Starbucks often. Today, I went in to get a gift card. I asked that a gift receipt be enclosed with the gift card. I asked the person at the cash register if they had enclosed a gift receipt with the gift card. He assured me that he had enclosed the gift receipt with the card. I get home and the gift card is upside down in the cover and NO gift receipt. I guess he thought this was funny since he was grinning ear to ear when I left.
