I recently toured this apartment and while Mrs. Esperanza was so kind and welcoming, the younger lady who sits at the front desk was one of the biggest reasons I chose to look elsewhere. Her nasty looks, demeanor and tone are uncomfortable, unwelcoming and beyond unprofessional. She is intentionally unhelpful and short.
