Do not waste your money. For the same price you can find a much better apartment or even a house to rent. We inspected the apartment and turned around and left.
this place is horrible notice they have to delete all there comments... they had the nerve to call and say i owe them money for my apartment and i couldnt get them to fix anything in that place. i hope they get condemned soon. the only reason living here is bearable is the fact that you live in florida. the management is a joke and would rather smoke cigarettes than help you. My electric bill was never less than 200 dollars..... spend 100-200 dollars more and it will be about the same. most florida energy bills are about 60-... read more
