I have 5 days without air conditioning including today. (This is park place apartment now with new owner harbor group), in the office nobody does anything, and the superviser laughed the my with staff on Office of the apartments.
Very very dissatisfied! For 10 days not my apartment has been in un livable for 10 days now!!! While I have a 2 year old in my home! Now 2 months before my lease ends they now decide to fix it!!! I will be posting pictures of my apartment currently!
I love living in this amazing community of fantastic people at Park Place! We made the PERFECT choice to move here from MichiganThis is our home for lifeand a dream come true ☀️✨
After living there for two years I finally moved out and I am so glad I did. Last summer my celing had a giant hole in it from when they moved the ac and didn't finish the repair. Only after I threatened to call the news did they seal the hole but they still didn't finish the job. They left a pipe exposed in the hallway and the air still didn't work. The staff is rude unless you kiss up to them and do favors for them then they are your BFF and you can do what ever you want. They never fixed anything that I asked to be fixed ... read more
Very nice and reasonable staff. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable.
