Lived here in a one bedroom with my boyfriend for two years. We couldn’t have been any happier. Big rooms and living area for the price and especially compared to other apartments in the town. It was close to campus and a lot of restaurants were in walking distance. Never had any problems with bugs, it was always very clean!
Apartment complex is infected with beg bugs when my partner lived there. The mattress the landlord provided them a mattress that was infested with beg bugs. Blamed it on my partner and their roommates and tried to charge them 800 dollars for exterminator fees, when pest fee’s are included in the rental contract. Seriously, do not rent from here unless you want critters biting you at night and a terrible landlord.
Park Place was probably the best spot for me and my roommates to be in. We were so close to the school and rent was cheap and our landlord was incredibly sweet. If I didn’t have to move to a different city I would’ve lived with her for a very long time.
