Posting for someone who’d rather be anonymous. This place is absolutely infested with roaches. No place with this much of a bug problem should be actively rented, and look at how their staff replies to any review on here that is negative. They accuse one former tenant of bringing bed bugs in themselves, I mean that’s just unbelievably unprofessional. Absolutely pathetic and not worth a single dime.
It is a nice apartment to live in. EIU was near and I can just walk there at any time. Rent is not too bad either, $760-$780 for 3-bedroom apartment is not bad.
