Entire pool area and grills were closed for all of Memorial Day weekend- and are STILL closed for yet another entire weekend. No email, no apology, no reason given- just closed for an indefinite amount of time. For what I pay to live here (and parking), I expect better. Additionally, the smoke alarms/detectors are ridiculous. Mine went off the last time I took a pizza out of the oven- and I constantly hear other residents' alarms going off all hours of the day.
You pay monthly for parking and yet both my roommate and I had our vehicles stolen/broken into. If you need something fixed it is going to take weeks and the property manager is not helpful at all. They attempted to make the building safe and failed with multiple doors being open to any stranger making all of us feel unsafe.
The fire alarms have gone off 4 times in the past month. The first was a real fire, but hasn't happened since. Tonight it went off at 11:30pm. It is finals week. I was in the office yesterday and two boys were calling about a refrigerator that hasn't been working for over a month. The woman told them that they have no maintenance staff. My personal experience has been WIFI issues the entire year and things breaking left and right. It's like living in a fancy cardboard box. VERY excited to move out.
