Best pace to purchase a car! I have purchased my 2006 Mercedes SLK, 2012 Mercedes GLK, 2014 Mercedes C230, and now my 2018 Mercedes GLA! I love Park Place Grapevine! Chad Clark and Mark Grabowski are the best! I will always use them to purchase mercedes as long as they are working there and use Brittany DAlesandro for service maintenance. They are the best team to work with. I highly recommend them.
After having multiple horrible experiences with my previous dealership, Park Place gave my faith in humanity again! From the minute I walked in the door Marty made sure I was always 100% satisfied. Even though I was buying used, he made me feel as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Always a great experience, even when just showing up for a car wash. Someone is always looking out for you and making sure you have everything you need while you wait!
As always the service is A+. The staff greets you with a warm welcome. While waiting my service advisor stopped to talk to me. He wanted to make sure I was being serviced and after finding out I was waiting on a car wash took time for a personal chat.
