They were rude and took entirely too long to fix my car. They also kept changing my estimate. What started out as $3500 estimate, escalated to over $12,000...ridiculous! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Park Place Bodywerks has the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. They are courteous, professional and efficient. They kept me informed thru every step of the process. It won’t matter how old my Lexus is, I won’t take it anywhere else!!!
Even though it took an eternity to get it completed, I felt like Bodywerks did a great job keeping me up to date with the entire process. AJ set appropriate expectations from the start and did a great job throughout.
While my insurance company wanted me to use their recommended body shop I choose Park Place Bodywerks in Grapevine Because of their great service and great people! As expected they kept us up to date during the entire repair and did a great job on our Lexus!
