I love it here
I once lived here and I had an infestation of wood rats in the apartment and outside of the unit I saw them crawling up the fence it was horrific I told the manager and nothing was done
Do not stay here!!!! There is a lot of theft and break-ins. If you go look, you will see alot of ac condensers outside that have had the copper stripped down. People have window units because of it. The pool is completely drained out. They have had a lot of plumbing issues. Don't waste your time or money on this property!!!!!!
Park Oaks Condominiums neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone tends to their own business. There's no loitering. The condos are spacious. The Property Manager (Tracy) works with you respectfully. The maintenance men fix the reported repairs in a timely manner. It's been a pleasure residing in a gated community with some phenomenal neighbors.
