Appointment scheduled for 10:25am, dropped daughter off at 10:05. Well child visit. Should have taken 30 minutes. 11:15 am Dr. finally enters room, 50 minutes late!! I'm now forced to take additional time off work waiting for an appointment that should have ended 20 minutes ago!!! Horrible time management at this clinic!
If you go in for a annual physical or well child, expect a bill. They are supposed to be free with insurance, but they'll be sure to tack on an extra office visit to the bill.
I receive excellent care here due to rapid response, available appointments, quick labs, use of My Chart. Ruth Hoffman, PA, is my provider and has a careful eye on my healthcare needs and listens to me.
While I use PN for most of my medical needs, this place is atrocious.
