If you can go somewhere that is a smaller facility without all the hoops, do it -- the process and 'team' that handles prior authorization is not supportive of patient care. I understand there is probably a high volume, a hierarchy based on condition, a shortage of staff, etc. At the very least, I'd expect some level of care, communication and attention to detail for all patients, not just some. $500 for a Annual Visit and Pap Smear because the doctor insisted on making me do an additional swab when I was there, even though I said I didn’t need it. They billed it as non preventative because of this and 6 months later and I’m still being sent in circles through their phone tree trying to resolve it. Update: Got told I should never feel pressured into getting a test instead of apologizing for their doctor insisting on it when I told her I didn’t need it. Had to pay the $500. Definitely never returning.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I was appalled at the lack of knowledge of the medical team and they didn’t even do an exam which is… the reason I came here… If I could give 0 stars I would. The medical providers seemed unknowledgeable and I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to actually have an exam done. Please make the drive and go to the Burnsville Park Nicollet!
Absolutely appalled by the treatment my children and I received. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We were scheduled to see two different providers for each of my kids, yet the clinic took it upon themselves to ignore that and shove us under one provider: Donaldson Kingsley, who was hands-down the most condescending, dismissive, and rude provider I’ve ever encountered.
