The LAB has terrible service. My provider sent me to get a specimen cup to do a sample and she told me I needed an appointment. So in the time it took her to make an appointment in the chart she could have just printed the label and sent me on my way instead of making me sit in the lobby while she drew other people's blood. I have done this before and never been told I need an appointment. Let's keep patients moving along and avoid sitting in the lobby for no reason.

Our DR is great. But the fact that we have to walk ourselves to a room and find our own way now instead of being escorted by a nurse, like most places do. It's so awkward and uncomfortable.

Dr. Peter is hands down the best doctor for kids. My children absolutely adore her! She’s incredibly thorough, kind, and truly takes her time with each visit. She listens carefully and explains everything in a way my kids can understand, always telling them what she’s going to do before she even touches them, which makes such a difference. She’s knowledgeable, smart, and (let’s be honest) has great fashion sense too… which is obviously an important quality in a doctor.

I declined to get undressed prior to talking about my options with the Dr. and the nurse was visibly upset with me. Once the Dr came in, I could tell she was already annoyed by the fact I declined to get undressed. She didn't even discuss a regular pap (MN recommends every 4 yrs and my nurse was saying this Dr likes to do them every 3). Instead, she (Dr) ... read more

If you can go somewhere that is a smaller facility without all the hoops, do it -- the process and 'team' that handles prior authorization is not supportive of patient care. I understand there is probably a high volume, a hierarchy based on condition, a shortage of staff, etc. At the very least, I'd expect some level of care, communication and attention to detail for all patients, not just some. I have been trying to get a renewal for PA for a week and a half -- I've made SEVERAL calls, left messages for my Care Team all for... read more
