Absolutely appalled by the treatment my children and I received. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We were scheduled to see two different providers for each of my kids, yet the clinic took it upon themselves to ignore that and shove us under one provider: Donaldson Kingsley, who was hands-down the most condescending, dismissive, and rude provider I’ve ever encountered. Was at the lab with my mother. They treated her like a queen. I waited in the lobby and she was in and out. She said it was very clean in the lab area. The staff was very friendly!!
The worst customer service i have ever received. Don't call them to try to resolve any issues either. They do not care. I am taking my health care dollar someplace else. The service at park nicollet has been in decline for years.... it just hit a tipping point I guess.
This place sucks. It took them almost a week to get back to me on a prescription that helps me breathe. They wouldn’t refill it unless I made an appointment that was another week out even though I was out. This place went down hill fast and must be managed by morons.
