They ignore your calls and send you straight to voicemail. You can leave all the voicemail in the world and they'll never answer. The only way to get an appointment is to go in person and hope the grumpy receptionist will help you.
Went to another Optometrist 2 years earlier and had the wrong prescription given but being new to glasses everyone said take time to adjust. Eyes got used to the wrong glasses. Long story short, Dr. Park is awesome, I can see and she solved my problem! Will go for rest of my life and recommend (as others did for me) that they go to see Dr. Park

They are rude and unprofessional. The eye Dr yell at me on the phone and then hung up on me and told me I am not aloud to make another appointment and I did nothing wrong.
