I’ve lived here previously and ending up moving back and they were super sweet and welcomed us back kindly.
Don't rent here cause they'll try to tell you you have bed bugs a month before you move out and try to get you to pay for treatments when you really don't have bed bugs. (Got 3 inspections to make sure I didn't have them). Plus I asked to move because neighbors didn't make me feel safe and they told me it would be "too expensive" to move me even though I put down ANOTHER deposit. Was going to renew but got a new apartment ASAP. Can't wait till the end of the month to get out of here.
Lived here going on 3 years, the community is very quiet compared to where I used to live. I actually feel safe at home. I think my ownly complaint is the laundry facilities, it's nice that there all located in one place however the machines seem to break often. Don't know if it's the machines or the people using them. But otherwise I'm content here.
So after being there almost 5 years they are not willing to take my 30 day notice. I have been nothing but nice and they are being hard to work with. More to come.
I have been living here almost 3 maybe 2 1/2 years and I love it here, the staff in the office are very nice and very helpful, the maintenance guys are really awesome, if you have a problem with your apt if they don't fix it the day you report it, they are there first thing the next day bright and early, they finely put a fence up around my patio and I love it. I have been a resident at Lincoln Meadows for 3 years and I LOVE IT. The office staff and maintenance teams are awesome! I have never had to wait on maintenance repairs. I call in the morning and by the time I get home from work its fixed! I look forward to many more years at Lincoln Meadows!
