RecommendedAbsolutely the BEST burger I've had since living in Virginia.
This place had us wait 2 hours for a seat for s 6 top!! No exaggeration here we arrived at 5:45 and left at 7:45. Manager offered appetizers... really!!!! Left and went to Green Turtle and got seated in 4 minutes and apps arrive 5 minutes later. Thank you Green Turtle for the save. Park Lane I will not be back and will be telling everyone how horrible you are starting here.
Unable to seat a party of 6 after and hour and a half of waiting and blamed it on other patrons for taking too long. Manager was not helpful just kept saying he was trying. Offered free appetizers once we got to our table but that seemed to never happen left after an additional 15 minutes of waiting. Never will any of us return. Thanks for the crappy service.
Fun atmosphere , good food, large variety of beer , great service
My family & I eat out quite a bit. With that being said, we have had so many variations in poor service and great service. Maiya & Ryan were amazing. They both greeted our table, gave us their names, and said they would be over shortly. Nothing irritates me more than to be seated and wait more than (5) minutes to be acknowledged much less not obtain our drink order. These two did great. Fast service! Great beer! Park Lane definitely fits what is want when I go to an Irish pub! Although, it’s a full on restaurant, not just a pub!
We went to Park Lane for Easter, we got there around 6:30 and the place was nearly empty. I told the hostess we were a party of 12. The hostess asked me if we would be there over 2 hrs cause they had a 2 hr limit. I asked her to explain, was it 2 hrs from the time we sat down? With 12 in our group I didn’t think we could get our food and eat in 2 hrs. The hostess rolled her eyes and asked me if we plan on sitting and talking when we were done eating.
