I know they tried their best but I can hear everything the people next to us our saying because there is a door that is not properly sealed and when our neighbors come home drunk at 1am... it makes it very difficult to sleep.

Park Lane Inn and Suites has had much of the same staff for a number of years throughout all departments (some for over a decade). This is a telling sign the team members take pride in what they do.
Great hotel... we will be going back. Staff we wonderful, rooms cozy and clean and also in a perfect location.
clean place, but poor wifi and rude front desk people!
Had an issues an they resolved it an upgraded is an were absolutely wonderful. They felt with all of our questions we had lol they were great. We will stay here again.
