Verified Renter Management is amazing!! Move-in process was extremely fast and smooth. Apartments and community have been updated and the amenities are amazing for little kids and adults! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Verified Renter The new apartments complex owners keep raising the rent making it hard for families to live, but it’s ok right as long as the owners families are wealthy they are ok with it. Oh and we were promised carpet change and years later nothing witch is sad because our rent is always on time never late, we don’t give the complex problems, we just mind own business but I guess that’s not enough

Verified Renter So far so good! The noise isn’t bad at all, meeting with the PM was also good! The neighborhood is noisy but there’s not much you can do because it’s a Main Street, and shopping places are close. My college is close by too which is nice, and I live in a remodeled 1 bedroom and it’s much nicer than I had thought initially haha.
