Verified Renter I’ve been here since about October and all I can say are good things. The maintenance helps out so much and is very quick with a request. My manager is so sweet and knows how to connect with her residents (:
SAVE YOURSELF I currently live here and pay LESS than what they’re asking, none of the apartments look like what they advertised, there’s a HUGE roach issue that’s never been properly been dealt with, management are unnecessarily rude, there’s garbage everywhere from the unsupervised children that run around everywhere, and good luck keeping OTHER PEOPLES CLOTHES OUT OF YOUR WASHER!!! Still unsafe Disgusting, unprofessional,loud disrespectful people, vandalism, drugs, prostitutes,public intoxicion, unorchestrated maintenance,fighting, gang ridden . im a current tenant DO NOT MOVE HERE .I had issues with management and losing my rent I had paid . long story short had to pay my rent twice because management can't keep up .they need property management .the lady is nice but shes over worked this place is too much for one person to be managing alone
Moved back after 9 years. I moved back to this complex in April, I lived here from 2006-2010. I can see a huge difference in the complex from 8 years ago. The new owners and managers care about the tenants and the complex. The grounds are clean and well kept, repairs are done in a timely fashion and any complaints are taken very seriously. I am very happy to see the improvement to this complex. As for the negative comments, sounds like bitter ex tenants to me.
WARNING Don't move here you be warned . Roaches,un qualified management ,loud,ghetto, employees are meth addicts, not good place to raise your children
Infested with roaches Dirtiest apartment complex ever!!!! I could never live there I moved in and moved out 3 days later
CHOCKROACH CITY INFESTED.....with roaches they spray and spray nothing works. As that's not enough, cars are constantly vandalized and broken into, including mine. I went on a weekend trip to come home to my UPSTAIRS apartment had been robbed, gone both of my t.v's also tablets. Hate that place management sucks. I would rather live in my car then live at park knoll. UNREAL how they raised the rent yet still in the same nasty state. Goodluck.
