Bad attitude and disrespectful
Great building and management! Leasing and move in were a breeze.
Park Kennedy made move-in easy and stress-free. Huge thanks to Josh Rodgers for his assistance and responsiveness throughout my move! Latoya and Gina Marie have also been lovely to deal with and so have all the concierges (especially Jeanetta)! The building is gorgeous, maintenance has been quick so far, and the access to transit can't be beat.
I’ve absolutely loved living at Park Kennedy. From the moment I moved in, it’s felt like home—stylish, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly livable. The building itself is artfully designed, with striking architecture and amenities that feel both high-end and functional. Everything—from the lighting to the finishes—feels intentional and elevated.
