We vacation at Beaver Creek for the better part of the last 10 years. Finally this year we made a reservation at the Hyatt for us, waiting to truly enjoy the venue. For starter, the room we got did not confirm to the web description. The room service during the first three days (our daughter was sick) was: a cold French onion soup, an uncooked chicken meat, and hot water for tea that smells on coffee.
