Never again. I've been visiting the hotel with my daughter for our annual father/daughter ski weekend. Two weekends ago the passes were closed and it was impossible for me to get to the hotel. The hotel would not give me a refund. I called the hotel the morning of the day I was supposed to arrive. They made me call back two more times to "touch base" with them about the passes opening for travel. The staff was rude and even suggested I take a mountain pass that was also closed. One of the best customer service and accommodations, food and whisky free tastings are awesome! Easy transfers between shops etc. Highly recommended!
