I had adult orthodontic care with Dr. Pollan. She had failed to give me my final retainer to ensure my teeth stay in place. She has had a YEAR to mail it to me and has failed. Her office will not call be back or respond to text. At one point I heard from a professional partner she had gone out of business. That was not true. I would never recommend this office to anyone. I am currently in the process of filling a complaint with the state of Texas. I am angry and baffled by her lack of professionalism and basic communication.

BEWARE Took my money. Did not finish my treatment. Disappeared. When I asked about this situation, she gave me the run around, told me to go to a location where she no longer practices. Kept changing the date on the calendar. I am proceeding with legal action.

My treatment ended in Dec. but they kept charging in Jan. I asked for a refund and showed my bank statement, but they never responded. I tried to call them many times, just kept saying she was not there. I booked my appointment in the early morning a couple of times, but she just didn’t show. I would recommend don’t use her.
