For starters get rid of the incompetent animal abuser that works at the front desk named Daniel . Not only is he ignorant but to lazy to get up and walk 10 feet from the chair to perform his job duties . I have been with this clinic for years and years trusted them with the most precious things n my life. But after today i would not recommend ANYONE to take their babies there NOT EVER . And even tho im upset and mad i will stand by my decision and do everything i can to help others make their decision on not using this place... read more

It is very important to make sure that front of house staff is just as cordial and accommodating to owners as the vets and technicians are. We don't bring you our pets because we want to do you a favor or because we don't have other options. We bring them to you in good faith that you'll love them the way we do. If a pet parent is frantic about an obviously very sick puppy, the best response is to be as extremely calm, accommodating and understanding as possible. My pet (Catnis) was very, very sick and I was extremely worried. The vet and staff went above and beyond for weeks, including helping via phone and frequently working him in for appointments. Their help and care was needed and appreciated.💜
Simply AMAZING! It was our first visit and we will definitely be back! I am forever grateful for the staff who took care of our beloved Otto. I can already tell he is feeling better❤

Dr. Mary Weir Johnson is the best vet I have found! She takes all the time you need her to talk about your pet, to examine your pet all while trying to keep your pet calm.
