Park Hill apartments are beautiful on the inside with vaulted ceilings and a neutral matte paint. I hear little/no car or people noise from my room, which is very important for me as I have lots of homework and sometimes work from home. Trash is picked up 5 days a week right from your front door...super convenient! The maintenance staff is very friendly and attentive, and the office staff treats me with respect and fabulous customer service. I loved living here the first year then the rent increased and the complex filled with students. There have been two car thefts and the complex wasn't any help. That's just been within my building. There were also break-in's, at least 2, that I know of. Again this was from people that live in my building which is in the front of the complex. There is never any parking unless you have a carport or a garage especially during the weekend. Looking for a new place ASAP. Also they advertise "security monitoring" but what they fail... read more

Good place to live great staff quiet complex. Been here 4 years no plans on moving
I loved living here at first. It's quiet, not too expensive. Decent. But halfway through our lease, they decide to take away the dog park (the main reason we picked this place) without any warning or anything for some BS reason. We had planned on staying here a while, but now will be moving as soon as our lease is up.
Love living here. Only been here for about 7 months, and management has changed but it's been for the better.
