2 major things I have to complain about Park Hill apartment, 1. I had a major leak come from my water heater and I called their emergency line, their main office and emailed them and it took them three days to respond and come to fix a simple leaking pipe (it got so bad it leaked into the apartment beneath me). the second is the ridiculous payment service fee (the price it costs to pay them) I wouldn't make such a big deal if it was under $10, but you have to pay an extra $27.73 first before you even pay your rent as a "serv... read more

Went in to look at a apartment and put down a security deposit lad there said if I didn’t want to get the apartment that I would be refunded 24-48 hrs. Well that was a lie and now a month later I still haven’t received my $350 deposit. I’ve spoken with corporate and the front office and nobody can call me back and now the office won’t answer my phone calls, I’ve even tried messaging them on Facebook and they just read my messages and don’t respond . Great community to live at! The staff is super friendly and not too far from campus!
Horrible management staff and loves stealing money.
I have absolutely loved living here for the past year and am so bummed that I cannot sign for another year. Colby and Lauren are most helpful and kindhearted people. I have never had to wait longer than one day for any maintenance request. I always have the gym to myself whenever I go, which was not the case when I lived in student living. My neighbors are friendly and overall it has been nothing but good energy here. Highly recommend!
The fabulous staff makes this property very easy to fall in love with! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
