Update from when I first moved to Park Haven Apts approximately 3 years ago. It was a nice place Maintenance/Manager did all he could After 2 year of being there down hill. When they took away his position of Manager and he was just our Maintenance . This 4th Manager they have now they should had sent her back ASAP ! You call the Manager or send email office you be LUCKY to get a reply back in 2 weeks if any at all. This place took 3 months to return my deposit. They are liars and thieves. Don’t trust them.
So far WORST Apartment Ever !!! No way in contacting management, maintenance guy is fast and cool on certain things! But management there no way of getting a hold of them!! There RATS in some units. My partner and I tried everything to kill or get rid of the rats but nothing is helping.!!! Pool is disgusting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned In months, Trash can or bins are always full and never cleaned ! These apartment need a BETTER MANAGEMENT !!!!
