Not a great experience. The doctor did not take my symptoms seriously and didn’t come across as compassionate. Needed a prescription for a special kind of probiotic that is covered by insurance but the doctor never wrote the prescription even after many requests with the front desk. The office seems to be more obsessed with getting good Google reviews than providing good patient care.
Excellent service both Dr. Valli Kodali and the staff.
First, the office was clean and pleasant to be in. The front staff were kind and helpful. Finally, the doc was intelligent, considerate, helpful, and put me on a clear path towards better health
