The Park Duvalle on old Bardstown Rd. now the staff at the front Desk except for Marneiqua Mitchell. They pick up the phone just to hang up. Call back it's the same. No offense it's the black people. I have been waiting for pin needles since last Thurs. and today is the 19th of June n they r closed. I need to take my insulin it's been almost a week and my Pharmacy doesn't even have it yet. They r sorry n I'm glad I have a new doctor, they need to get it together badly.
One of the worst locations I have ever experience! I have a 9AM appointment scheduled and I was still at the lobby until 10AM. Try calling this location numerous time to see what time is my appointment. No ANSWERS! The address was changed year ago and they haven’t updated
