Never ever go to this clinic. Very bad customer services. They only welcome you when they find opportunity to charge bills to you. They have soo many extra charges and undisclosed hidden fee, which they call penalty fee. They does not have any regard, courtesy and professionalism for respect. I would never ever go and recommend this clinic to anyone.
Dr.Ranvak is amazing! My 4 year old had to have 2 cavities filled today and I was honesty blown away by how amazing he was with my daughter! She was calm and he explained everything and made it “fun” for her! The hygienist and the receptionists are wonderful and really make it a welcoming place! I would highly recommend anyone to this office!!
I was just there this week and it is very professional with a great staff. They stand behind their work and gave me very useful tips for improving my dental care. Dr. Ranvek is my favorite.
I loved seeing Dr. Ranvek. The staff were always great and I can honestly say this was the only dentists office I've ever been to where I actually felt comfortable. I would give them a five star rating, unfortunately, I called to make an appointment for myself and my daughter and they no longer accept my insurance (I checked with my insurance ahead of time and they said this office was a provider).
