Laura and Dr. Lane were so accommodating in getting my son in less than an hour after he had an accident at school and broke his tooth. They explained it to him what was going to happen and made the time to make him comfortable. They have always been a great clinic, but this was above and beyond to make time for him immediately.
I usually never write reviews, but this incident made me share my experience. I had a dental cleaning scheduled for tomorrow at this clinic. When I first called to make the appointment, I explained that my cleaning wasn’t due until October. Because I had a very bad experience with my previous dental clinic, I was already anxious about going somewhere new. I specifically mentioned my anxiety and asked if they could accommodate me.
