RecommendedDr. Rachel is such a great dentist. I'm a somewhat anxious patient and she always takes time explaining everything to me and making sure I'm comfortable. Had an extraction today and it all went well. thanks, Dr. Rachel.
Their office staff is terrible. Customer Service is important in any business and they are rude to dental patients.
Great Clinic and Staff. Dr. Lahr is our Dentist and Tracy is our Hygienist, but all the Staff is wonderful!
I can only bring my son on Saturday. Arrived at 11:25 for an 11:30 appt. 2 other families came in after me and did not even get a chance to sit down before being called in. Total of 4 kids. Meanwhile we wait 20 minutes! 20 minutes of my precious Saturday! The receptionist and the other woman could have updated as to why only we had to wait. I will not go back. What a joke.
I love the entire staff! Dr. Routt is my favorite. Gentle, thorough, and remembers my dental history as if it were his own. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Loved the caring staff and Tara Brodersen was awesome!!
Very snobbish when I tried to ask about insurance and the dentist wouldn't see me when I had a problem. I will not be back
Love Park Dental, the are the best. Dr. Routt and his assistant Evelyn are highly recommended.
