Mario and the entire office and maintenance team consistently deliver 5 star service to PC residents! I have lived here since 2016 and enjoy the peace,quiet, large closets,and safety of our community in Glover Park. Bernstein Management has made upgrades this year, including new lighting and fixtures, that really keep Park Crest a quality building to call home.

Mario and the entire office and maintenance team consistently deliver 5 star service to PC residents! I have lived here since 2016 and enjoy the peace,quiet, large closets,and safety of our community in Glover Park. Bernstein Management has made upgrades this year, including new lighting and fixtures, that really keep Park Crest a quality building to call home. A word of warning -4117 Davis has some very noisey, low quality tenants management has yet to address.
Park Crest at Glover Park Apartments was my first big girl apartment, and I couldn’t have been happier with it! My leasing agent was Selena Anderson, and I cannot stress this enough, but SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! She helped me every step of the way. She’s such a light in the office. I've lived in a unit on Davis Place for about a year, and overall, my experience has been mixed. I really love the neighborhood—it’s a great area—and I genuinely liked the layout and feel of my apartment itself. That said, our first year here had its challenges, mainly due to noise from upstairs neighbors. The building has thin walls and floors, so your experience may depend heavily on who lives around you.
