Maintenance is quick, reliable, and friendly! Park Crest is a great place to be with friendly leasing staff and spacious apartments. Selena helped us find our dream apartment, and maintenance staff including Nasir, Joel, and Emmanuel have fixed all issues promptly!
Nasir did a phenomenal job with installing our new AC and making sure everything was working well. I also appreciated the fact that he cleaned up after himself and was very efficient.
shoutout to Mike & Thomas and all the other staff who are always so helpful and friendly!
Very competent maintenance staff particularly Naseer and Michael. My kitchen stove was peeling off and they replaced the whole unit with a brand new one.
my experience at Park Crest has been disappointing enough that future residents deserve an honest warning. For an apartment that costs nearly $2,000 a month, the level of support from management is far below expectations. When issues are reported, the response feels like a polite way of saying nothing will be done. I’ve had two packages stolen, including one that disappeared within minutes of being delivered.
