The most garbage apartments ever. literally 52 dgrs in my place because we have no heat and there's always water bugs and maintenance takes over a month to fix anything ALSO we didn't have air all summer and their trash is always full or doesn't work so you have to keep your trash bags inside your apartment.
The office management/customer service over the last year has declined severely.. I have been a resident for 5 yrs and I am so disappointed by the level of service and attitudes from the ladies in the front office. Today when going in to pick up a package at 10am on a Saturday (which the door was unlocked late) I had to knock I wasn't even greeted.. I actually had to tell her have a great day and I have it on video for proof.. The property management needs to do a review of the staff here quickly before they find themselves ... read more
